Nutrition Advice - Eating for Your Sport
The Millennium
Institute of Sport & Health and Nestlé's nutrition experts have teamed up to provide you with a wide range of nutrition advice sheets specific to your sport. Plus we have created a range of general nutrition sheets to help you understand more about the role of food in your body and how you can optimise your energy levels and recover more effectively.
These sheets are aimed for those who participate in sport at the recreation level who train a maximum of once a day. For those at the elite level (training at high intensity more than once a day), the sheets will provide a good overview, but additional individualised advice from a sports Nutritionist/Dietician will be required.
Eating for Your Sport
Choose the nutrition advice sheet that is specific to YOUR sport, as different sports have different nutritional requirements for you to perform at your best. It is packed with nutrition information relevant to your training as well as giving you a sample meal plan and tips for competition.
Note: Some sheets are still being finalised, but will be available shortly. Check back soon.
