Satay Chicken Sausage Rolls
Ingredients
- 4 sheets flaky pastry
- 1 packet MAGGI Satay Sauce Mix
- 3 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
- 16 fresh chicken sausages
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

- Preheat oven to 220oC.
- Cut each pastry sheet into quarters to make 16 squares.
- Make satay sauce following packet directions. Stir in coconut milk powder. Spread a teaspoon of sauce along the bottom of each pastry square, 1cm in from the bottom edge.
- Place a sausage on top of sauce. Roll up. Cut each roll in half and place with seam down on an oven tray. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
