Kiwi Crisps

Ingredients

  • 225 g butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup NESTLÉ CHOC BITS

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  2. Cream butter and sugar in a medium bowl. Beat in sweetened condensed milk. Cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Sift flour and baking powder. Stir into butter mixture with CHOC BITS.
  4. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Place on a lined oven tray. Press biscuits down to flatten.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
