Easy Cheesy Omelette

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp sunflower oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup low fat milk
  • 1 packet MAGGI Cheese Sauce Mix
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tomato, to serve
  • 1/2 cup salad, to serve

Method

  1. Heat a small frying pan, spray or add 1 tsp sunflower oil.
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, MAGGI Cheese Sauce Mix and pepper, ensuring there are no lumps.
  3. Pour mixture into frying pan.  As the egg begins to set, lower the heat.
  4. Gently push the outside of the omelette into the middle of the pan and allow the liquid to run into the space left behind. Repeat until the omelette looks all bumpy and there is very little runny egg left.
  5. When the omelette is just set, top with salad and tomato if desired.
  6. Fold in half to serve.
