Beef Stroganoff with Garlic Butter Fettuccine
Ingredients
- BEEF
- 1 packet MAGGI Beef Stroganoff Recipe mix
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 500 g rump or blade steak, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp sour cream

- GARLIC BUTTER
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp MAGGI Garlic Stock Powder
- 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- 300 g fettuccine

- Prepare MAGGI Beef Stroganoff Recipe Mix following the directions on the packet and serve with Garlic Butter Fettuccine.
- Cook the fettuccine following the directions on the packet.
- While the fettuccine is cooking, place the butter in a small bowl and beat with a wooden spoon until soft. Beat in the stock powder and beat until well blended. Stir in the parsley.
- Drain the fettuccine, add the garlic butter and toss well. Serve immediately.
- Serve with a side of steamed seasonal vegetables.

Other pasta shapes can be used in place of fettuccine.
