Three Cheese PastaServes: 4
INGREDIENTS 350 g spiral pasta 1 Tbsp oil 1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed 375 mL CARNATION Creamy Evaporated Milk 1 tsp cornflour 100 g blue vein cheese 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese 1/2 cups grated parmesan salt & pepper 1 tomato, chopped 1 cup basil leaves
METHOD
1. Cook pasta according to directions on packet, drain, keep warm.
2. Heat oil in frying pan, add onion and garlic, cook 1 minute.
3. Add combined CARNATION Creamy Evaporated Milk and cornflour with cheeses to pan, bring to boil, stirring. Stir in salt, pepper, tomato and basil, pour over pasta, toss through.
