Irish Cream Panna Cotta

Irish Cream Panna Cotta

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS

 

375 mL CARNATION Creamy Evaporated Milk
2 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp gelatine
2 Tbsp hot water
1 Tbsp Irish cream liqueur

METHOD

 

  1. Combine CARNATION Creamy Evaporated Milk and sugar in pan, stir over low heat until sugar has dissolved.
  2. Dissolve gelatine in hot water, stir into CARNATION Creamy Evaporated Milk mixture with Irish cream liqueur, mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into 4 individual serving dishes and allow to cool. Cover and refrigerate until set, turn out onto serving dishes. If desired, serve with berries.
