Irish Cream Panna Cotta Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS 375 mL CARNATION Creamy Evaporated Milk 2 Tbsp sugar 2 tsp gelatine 2 Tbsp hot water 1 Tbsp Irish cream liqueur
METHOD
- Combine CARNATION Creamy Evaporated Milk and sugar in pan, stir over low heat until sugar has dissolved.
- Dissolve gelatine in hot water, stir into CARNATION Creamy Evaporated Milk mixture with Irish cream liqueur, mix well.
- Pour mixture into 4 individual serving dishes and allow to cool. Cover and refrigerate until set, turn out onto serving dishes. If desired, serve with berries.
