Beef StroganoffServes: 4
INGREDIENTS 2 tsp oil 500 g rump steak, trimmed, cut into strips 2 rashers bacon, trimmed, sliced 1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 cup sliced mushrooms 375mL can CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk 1 Tbsp cornflour 2 tsp MAGGI Beef Stock Powder 2 Tbsp tomato paste
METHOD
- Heat oil in pan, brown beef, remove from pan.
- Add bacon, onion, garlic and mushrooms to pan, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add combined remaining ingredients to pan, and bring to the boil, stirring. Return beef to pan, simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with pasta, and if desired top with chopped parsley.
