Green Chicken and Vegetable CurryPreparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS 450 g chicken fillets, chopped 2 tsp green curry paste 1/4 cup water 1 1/2 cups chopped pumpkin 1 1/2 cups sliced green beans 1 cup CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk 2 tsp cornflour
METHOD
- Heat pan, add chicken, cook until golden.
- Add green curry powder, toss until chicken is coated.
- Add water and pumpkin, cover, cook 5 minutes.
- Add beans, cook further 5 minutes.
- Add combined CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk and cornflour, bring to boil stiring, reduce heat, simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
