INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cups plain flour 1 tsp mustard powder 125 g butter 1 cup tasty cheese, grated 1/2 cup CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk 3 Tbsp Vegemite or Marmite
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease and line 2 baking trays.
- Sift flour and mustard powder into large bowl, rub in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs, stir in cheese.
- Add CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk, mix to form a dough.
- Roll dough out on lightly floured surface to a rectangle approximately 5mm thick, spread Vegemite over dough.
- Fold dough in half, roll dough to 5mm thickness. Cut dough into 1 1/2cm strips.
- Twist strips, place on prepared trays. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden. Cool on wire rack.
