INGREDIENTS 2 tsp oil 3 chicken fillets 1 1/2 cups sliced vegetables eg. carrot, red capsicum, zucchini 2 tsp cornflour 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk 2 tsp French mustard
METHOD
- Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Brown chicken, remove from pan.
- Add vegetables to pan, cook 2 minutes, add combined cornflour, water and CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk, bring to boil stirring.
- Return chicken to pan, simmer covered 5 minutes, stir in mustard, serve immediately.
