Beef GoulashPreparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS 1 Tbsp oil 750 g rump steak, cubed 1 onion, chopped 1 Tbsp paprika 1 Tbsp cornflour 375mL can CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk 1 tsp MAGGI Beef Stock salt & pepper 1 red capsicum, chopped 2 Tbsp tomato paste
METHOD
- Heat oil in frying pan. Add beef, brown well, remove from pan.
- Add onion to pan, cook 2 minutes.
- Add combined paprika, cornflour, CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk, stock powder and salt and pepper to taste.
- Bring to boil stirring, return beef to pan with capsicum and tomato paste, simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed green beans.
