Creamy Mexican Chicken Burritos

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp cornflour
  • 375ml can CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk
  • salt (optional)
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • avocado

Method

  1. Heat oil in pan, add onion, cook 1 minute, add chilli sauce, cook 1 minute.
  2. Add combined cornflour, CARNATION Light and Creamy Evaporated Milk and salt, bring to boil stirring, simmer 1 minute.
  3. Fold chicken through sauce.
  4. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture, sliced lettuce, sliced tomato and sliced avocado.
