Ingredients

  • 450 g can mango slices
  • 1/2 cup MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
  • 1/4 cup French dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lettuce, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup sliced barbecued chicken
  • 1 cup continental parsley leaves

Method

  1. Drain mango slices, reserving 2 tablespoons syrup.
  2. Combine reserved syrup with MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder, French dressing and mayonnaise, mix well.
  3. Combine lettuce, chicken and parsley in serving bowl, spoon sauce over, chill.
