Beans from 122,000 farmers in 15 countries, brought to you with care

For a long time, great coffee went hand-in-hand with mastery of large, complex espresso machines. In 1986, our pioneering spirit found another way based on a simple idea: allow everyone to create barista-quality coffee at home. The first Nespresso machine was born, along with four signature Nespresso capsules.

Since then, we've brought our expertise to millions of coffee lovers. From our first machine to our latest Vertuo system, every Nespresso innovation has brought even more of the barista experience into homes and businesses around the world.

With this progress comes responsibility. For over 30 years, we've believed every cup of Nespresso should have a positive impact. We call it The Positive Cup. It covers everything from helping to improve coffee farmers' livelihoods and protecting biodiversity, to protecting our coffee with infinitely recyclable aluminum.
