Ingredients

Ingredients • Makes: 12
Spray oil
1 cup rolled oats
2⁄3 cup wholemeal flour
1⁄3 cup honey
1⁄2 cup dried fruit (sultanas, chopped
apricots, raisins etc)
1⁄4 cup margarine, (melted) or oil
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder

How to make:

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
  2. Lightly grease 18x28cm brownie tin
    with spray oil and line with baking paper.
  3. Place remaining ingredients in a large
    bowl then stir in melted margarine/oil.
  4. Mix until well combined (mixture will
    be crumbly).
  5. Pour into baking tin and press down
    until tightly packed.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until edges
    are browned.
  7. Cool completely and cut into squares
    or muesli bar size.
