Pea Pasta Salad
This pasta salad is quick, easy and very delicious. It’s a go to recipe for pot lucks, BBQ’s or a refreshing summer lunch!

Ingredients • Serves: 6
250g Wholegrain pasta (any kind)
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 cup cooked shredded chicken (optional),
great to make use of leftovers
Dressing:
1⁄3 cup unsweetened low fat yoghurt
1⁄4 cup low fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon MAGGI Green Herb Stock Powder
2 teaspoons wine vinegar
How to make:
- Cook pasta according to packet instructions, drain and allow to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, thawed peas and shredded
chicken (optional). - Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl or jug and pour over
the salad. - Chill before serving, garnish with parsley.
