1 Grease and line a 25cm x 7cm bar pan with baking paper.
2 In a medium saucepan, stir butter, HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk, golden syrup and brown sugar together over low heat until simmering; stir constantly for 10 minutes until thickened slightly and golden brown.
3 Remove from heat, add NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE White Melts, stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
