Salted Caramel Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 380g HIGHLANDER® Condensed Milk Caramel
- 600ml thickened cream
- 2 tbsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
Method
- Using an electric mixer, whisk 380g can HIGHLANDER® Condensed Milk Caramel and cream until thickened. Fold through vanilla and sea salt.
- Pour into a 2 litre container and freeze for 4 hours or until set.
