Salted Caramel Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 380g HIGHLANDER® Condensed Milk Caramel
  • 600ml thickened cream
  • 2 tbsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes

Method

  1. Using an electric mixer, whisk 380g can HIGHLANDER® Condensed Milk Caramel and cream until thickened. Fold through vanilla and sea salt.
  2. Pour into a 2 litre container and freeze for 4 hours or until set.
