Stir frying is a super quick method of cooking and you can use almost any variation of vegetables, meat or fish. Serve with rice instead of noodles if you prefer.

2 pkts MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles Wholegrain (any flavour)
3 cups boiling water
2 teaspoons canola oil or cooking spray
400g diced lean chicken/pork/beef/shelled prawns
4 cups fresh or frozen vegetables such as green beans, capsicum, onion, corn, cabbage, carrot
–sliced thinly
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
1⁄4 cup plain cashew nuts (optional)

How to make:
- Add the noodles with the contents of the flavour sachets to a large bowl. Add boiling water, cover and pop in the microwave for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Cook meat or prawns until cooked through. Add vegetables. Cook, stirring for 3 minutes.
- Add drained noodles and sweet chilli sauce, then cook for a further 1-2 minutes, stirring. Stir in cashew nuts. Serve immediately.
