1 Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Lightly grease an 18cm x 28cm lamington pan and line with baking paper.
2 Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until pale and creamy. Add HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk, beat until just combined. Add flour then NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE Milk Choc Bits and NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE White Choc Bits, mix until just combined. Refrigerate dough for 20 mins.
3 Roll heaped teaspoons of cookie dough into balls. Place on prepared trays, allowing room for cookies to spread, and press each down gently with a fork. Bake in batches for 12 minutes or until golden.
