Grand Caramel Fudge with Golden Syrup

Ingredients

  • 125g butter, chopped
  • 1 can (395g) HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 Tbsp golden syrup
  • 1 cup (220g) brown sugar
  • 110g NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE White Choc Melts

Method

  1. Grease and line a 25cm x 7cm bar pan with baking paper. 
  2. In a medium saucepan, stir butter, HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk, golden syrup and brown sugar together over low heat until simmering; stir constantly for 10 minutes until thickened slightly and golden brown.
  3. Remove from heat, add NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE White Melts, stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour into prepared pan, refrigerate until set.
